Taxes: international Buyers are responsible for all customs fees or taxes. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Italy.
All the items in our shop will be shipped after receipt of payment, by REGISTERED MAIL (Poste Italiane) with tracking number, in order to check the delivery status.
We ship once a week, usually on Tuesday.

Shipping prices include packaging.
Be aware that during Christmas time it will take longer. Schedule variations depend also on the customs of each country.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We don’t offers refunds for our items.
All items are carefully packed and we’re not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. There is no refund for items not received due to incorrect address.
We use professional tubes for shipping up to 4 posters together. We cover the printed side of our posters with wrapping paper for a better protection of the artwork. We are not responsible for any damage occurred while unpacking a poster or any other item shipped.
If any item arrived damaged, please write as soon as possible at email@example.com with some pictures attached, showing the defective part of it. We’ll ship a replacement as soon as we agree on the status of the damaged product.
To notify a defective item, you have 15 days (for Europe) / 25 days (for the rest of the wolrd) since your purchase.
Our products are all handmade in an artisanal process.
This means that the products ordered may differ slightly from those used as samples here on the website. Pictures of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bari.
